Sally & Chris welcome you to Reservoir View Holiday Cottages.

Chris and myself both grew up in the lovely Nidderdale dales. My family are farmers and our farm is situated at the opposite side of the reservoir to the holiday cottages. Chris lived in a little village just outside Pateley Bridge.

Growing up we both wanted to explore the big bad world and we have both travelled extensively. I spent time in Israel and Chris (pretty much) travelled the world. In additional to the travelling aboard we have also lived in Oxford and London for a time. The travel and experiences we encountered were fantastic but our hearts always remained in the North Yorkshire dales.

When my mother (Judy) was ready for retirement we jumped at the opportunity to take over the holiday cottages and it has been so exciting and an absolute pleasure to welcome people into our tranquil haven within the Yorkshire dales. We get so much joy and satisfaction from being able to offer people a safe, private and truly peaceful place to unwind and relax with family and friends.

So whether you are just wanting to relax and have quality family and friends time, or if you prefer to explore the many lovely walks and cycling routes (such as the well known Nidderdale way trail) come and unwind, kick down and enjoy the views!!
