Our lovely cobbled courtyard has three characterful properties all varying in size. The properties can be booked individually or altogether (for larger parties). The properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standards and are fully equipped with all the necessary essentials that you would expect (with a few little extra’s as well).
All our properties are furnished with your comfort in mind. We truly want you to relax as soon as you arrive and so the country style, natural fabrics, materials and tones should make you want to kick back and soak up the countryside life immediately.
The properties have plenty of outdoor space, so you can enjoy the views and watch the wildlife visiting Gouthwaite Reservoir (which is situated just in front of the properties).
There is ample off-street parking and a lovely paddock which surrounds the properties to the rear of the courtyard giving you privacy and the feeling of space.
Reservoir View Holiday Cottages are ideal for people who are wanting to relax and unwind with family and friends.
We can accommodate family and friend gatherings as well as couples wanting a peaceful break away.
The properties enjoy a rural location with a unique winding country road running parallel to the reservoir. Pateley Bridge (famous for having the oldest sweet shop in England) is just 4 miles away and has an array of independent shops selling local produce. There are also plenty of country pubs, takeaways and restaurants to choose from. The well-known spa town of Harrogate is just 14 miles away and also close by are Skipton, York, Masham and Ripon and Knaresborough.
